Before paying for a guide you ask for access to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the guide is available to read in your account. Because of that, a guide you can already read cannot be withdrawn from. If a guide is faulty or not as described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it.

VIP membership

You may withdraw from the membership within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, with the button "Withdraw from contract here" in your dashboard. Because you asked for the membership to start at once, we refund what you paid minus the share of the days you already used.

After the 14 days you can still cancel at any time; access then continues until the end of the paid period, and that period is not refunded.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. A full refund ends the access it paid for.
