Our recommendations are opinions, not advice

Our trading recommendations, whether made by a person in the guides and the community channels (Telegram, Discord) or produced by an automated tool, are personal opinions, for information only, and are not financial advice. They do not take your situation into account and we do not guarantee any profit. You decide and you bear the result of your own trades.

Guides (eBooks)

A guide is for your personal use. You may not resell, share or publish it. After payment you read it in your account on this site, in a current web browser; it cannot be downloaded or printed, and every page shows your e-mail and order number.

You can read a guide you bought for as long as your account exists, and at least for [period to be confirmed by the lawyer]. If we ever stop offering the reader within that period, we will give you the guide in another form or refund it.

VIP membership

The membership costs the price shown at checkout per month and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; after the last failed retry the membership ends.

Your account

Keep your password safe. Admin accounts must use two-step verification. We may close accounts that abuse the service or other members.

Law and disputes

These terms and every purchase made under them are governed by the law of Romania. As we are established in the European Union, the EU consumer protection rules apply to your purchase through Romanian law and, where it applies, through the law of your country.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. Where those rules protect you more, you may rely on them.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you may bring proceedings against us either in the courts of Romania or in the courts of the place where you live. We may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any other right you have as a consumer to go to court.
