sb-…-auth-token: your sign-in session (Supabase Auth). Set when you sign in, removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary.
gtc-draft-…: what you typed in a form that came back with an error, so you do not type it again (never a password). Deleted after two minutes. Strictly necessary.

Payments open on Stripe's own pages, which set their own cookies there, under Stripe's policy.
